- But the uniqueness of this route doesn't end here. You will have the wonderful opportunity to observe the wild trout in its natural habitat. Prepare to capture it with your cameras and study its habits, always with respect for the species and its wetland.
- The specially trained biologist accompanying you during the trek will provide valuable information about the wildlife you encounter.
- The Pestrofa Gorge is located in a remote and idyllic area, making it an ideal destination for those seeking to escape the city noise and connect with nature. Don your swimsuits, sports shoes, and helmets, and if you wish, equip yourself with a wetsuit, mask, and snorkel for an even more impressive experience. If you don't have your own equipment, we can provide it at no additional cost. For hygiene reasons, it is suggested that you bring at least your own mask and snorkel.
- The route starts before the picturesque village of Striganiá and concludes next to an old small stone bridge in the village of Káto Lampíri, Aetolia-Acarnania. There, a vehicle will be waiting to take you back. If desired, we can arrange a visit to one of the charming tavernas in the area, where you can savor local delicacies and share your impressions.
