This tour promises a blend of history, culture, and spirituality. Starting with the Epikourios Apollon Temple, an ancient marvel near Bassae, visitors will be captivated by its unique architectural blend of Doric, Ionic, and Corinthian styles, designed by Iktinos around 450-400 BC.
The journey continues to traditional villages like Andritsaina, where narrow streets and stone houses provide a picturesque backdrop for enjoying coffee or a traditional Greek lunch. The village, known for its historical sites such as the library of Andritsaina, offers a glimpse into the traditional Greek way of life.
The tour then proceeds to the Monastery Sepeto, nestled in the mountains of Arcadia. This historic monastery, with its serene atmosphere, stunning architecture, and religious art, provides a peaceful setting for reflection and spiritual enrichment. Combining these diverse experiences, the tour offers a rich and varied exploration of Greek heritage and culture.
The cost of the ticket for Epikourios Apollon temple is 4 euros per person. There is no entrance fee for children under the age of 18.
Tickets for the temple can be purchased in advance for you to avoid the long queues and save time (upon request from the customer).
