A route "in the footsteps of Philoctetes"
We start from the picturesque village, Athanati, which seems untouched by time. A stop in the square to meet Uncle Giannis and introduce us to the secrets of the place and the findings of the castle. And of course, we will enjoy the famous Kissavos tea.
A fairy-tale path
We descend through dense vegetation, next to the ravine, passing by wooden bridges, a waterfall, a peaceful lake and impressive chestnut trees. On the way we will discover the monk's hermitage, hear the legend of the dog and the cat and admire a natural frame ideal for souvenir photos.
Action & adrenaline at the end of the route!
After 2.5 hours of hiking, we take off with a Flying Fox over the stream and test our archery skills, like Philoctetes himself!
Clean Monday Picnic!
