Experience the magic of Greece on our captivating two-day tour. We will begin with a journey westward to the historic CORINTH CANAL, followed by a visit to the archaeological site of Ancient Corinth. Immerse yourself in the past as you explore the ruins and hear the captivating speech of SAINT PAUL. Our adventure continues south to MYCENAE, the legendary city of Agamemnon, where you’ll uncover the mysteries of the Mycenean civilization. Then, we’ll take you to NAFPLIO, the charming first capital of modern Greece, where you can capture stunning photos of the impressive Venetian castle, ACROCORINTH. Enjoy a delicious lunch at a traditional seaside restaurant in Nafplio, savoring authentic Greek dishes.

We’ll continue our journey through picturesque Peloponnesian villages until we reach ANCIENT OLYMPIA, the birthplace of the Olympic Games. Spend the night in a comfortable hotel and get ready for an unforgettable day. The next day, we’ll explore the wonders of ANCIENT OLYMPIA, visiting the archaeological site and the intriguing ARCHIMEDES MUSEUM. Indulge in a tasty lunch at a local tavern, where you can try the famous Greek souvlaki. As the day draws to a close, we’ll return to Athens, carrying with us cherished memories of a remarkable adventure.

Itinerary: 

DAY 1: We start our journey driving west to the CORINTH CANAL, a place of great historical and commercial importance to the city of ancient Corinth. At  Ancient Corinth we will visit the archaeological site there and the speech of SAINT PAUL.

Then we will travel south, to MYCANAE which was the city of Agamemnon and the center of the Mycenean civilization. Once we visit the archaeological sites and the museum we will continue our trip to NAFPLIO which was the first capital of modern Greece, and you will take amazing photos at ACROCORINTH the amazing Venetian castle of Nafplio.We will have lunch at the amazing seaside village of Nafplio where you can taste delicious Greek plates, at a traditional restaurant near the sea.

We continue our trip driving west through traditional villages of the Peloponnese until we reach ANCIENT OLYMPIA which was the place where the Olympic Games were born. We will stay overnight at a hotel there.

DAY 2: In the morning we will visit the archaeological site, the Museum of ANCIENT OLYMPIA and ARCHIMEDES MUSEUM and we will have lunch in one of the taverns of the village, tasting the unique Greek souvlaki. Early in the evening, we will return to Athens.
